This policy covers Atomi, the AI support assistant at atomi.uk. It sits alongside the main Atom Lab privacy policy at atomlab.uk, which covers our shop, orders and website. Where this policy and that one differ, this one applies to your use of Atomi.
Atomi is operated by Atom Lab Tech LTD, Martland Mill, Mart Lane, Ormskirk, L40 0SD, who are the data controller. For any question about your data, or to make a request, email care@atomlab.uk.
Atomi is an automated AI assistant. You will always be interacting with an AI system, not a human. Atomi provides responses to questions but does not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not sell your data or use it for other purposes. When you select “Clear chat”, your chat history is cleared.
To maintain your signed-in session, we store a session record that includes information about the browser and operating system you use.
Atomi does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie used is a session cookie that helps keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking scripts on the website.
Your email address confirms you're an active Care+ member and is where your sign-in code is sent. Your conversations are stored so you can continue where you left off and so we can email you a copy if you ask. Session information keeps you signed in without having to verify every visit.
Conversations are deleted automatically 30 days after they begin. Sign-in codes are deleted within 24 hours. Expired sessions are deleted after 30 days. Your account record is kept while you remain a Care+ member.

Atomi is subject to fair usage limits and is not intended for unlimited use. Access and usage may be restricted to ensure the service remains available, reliable and fair for all users.
We reserve the right to limit usage or temporarily restrict access where necessary to maintain the performance and availability of the service.
Three companies help us run Atomi:
Anthropic provide the AI that generates Atomi's replies. Your messages are sent to their systems. Under their commercial terms your conversations are not used to train their AI models, and they are deleted from their systems within 30 days.
Mailgun send your sign-in codes and any conversation transcripts you request. They handle your email address and the contents of those emails.
GoHighLevel hold Atom Lab's membership records. We check your email address against them to confirm your Care+ subscription is active.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law.
Atomi runs on a private server in the United States. Your information may be transferred outside the UK and EEA. Where it is, it is protected by recognised transfer safeguards — the data processing agreements we hold with our providers include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / standard contractual clauses. Access is limited to authorised staff, and all connections are encrypted.
If you are in the UK or EEA you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict how we use it, and to object to our using it.
Email care@atomlab.uk and we'll respond within one month.
We treat everyone the same wherever you live. We do not sell or share your personal information, we do not use your conversations for advertising, and your conversations are not used to train AI models. Atomi always discloses that it is an AI. You can ask us for a copy of your information or for its deletion at care@atomlab.uk, whichever state you live in, and we will honour the request.
Atomi is not a medical service. Atom Lab products are not medical devices, and Atomi does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice. Please avoid sharing detailed medical information with it, and speak to your doctor or another qualified professional about anything health-related.
If you do mention health information in a conversation, it is stored only as part of that conversation and is deleted automatically within 30 days, and it is never used for marketing, profiling or any other purpose.
